WAIT TO HEAR FROM US *** ITEMS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP IMMEDIATELY*** Email notification will be sent once your order is ready for pickup. Please be sure to check your SPAM to ensure you are not missing our notifications. 

FREE PICK UP IN STORE IS ONLY AVAILABLE WED-THURS 4PM-7PM

Please note your items will be held in store for you to pick up only on Wednesday and Thursdays only between the hours of 4PM and 7PM. If items are not picked up within 10 days of being notified by The Closet Experience staff that your order is ready for customer pickup, customer refuses the right to claim their items and no refund or store credit will be provided. By selecting in store pickup, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against The Closet Experience Boutique for failure to claim merchandise within the 10 day pick up time frame.

What do I need to pickup my order?

You will need:

  • your order confirmation email
