When will my order ship?

Shipping: Please allow 3-7 days for shipping and processing boutique orders. Tracking emails will be generated once your order is ready for shipping. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to be updated by USPS for your tracking needs.

*COVID 19 UPDATE: There may be shipping delays due to the current Covid 19 crisis.  We are processing orders in a manner that insures safety for all parties involved, and shipping companies are also experiencing delays, including USPS, our primary shipping agency.  Please allow 5-10 business days for shipping Thank you for your patience as you shop during this time.

Will The Closet Experience ship anywhere?

Not yet, but we do ship throughout the U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska.

We process our orders as quickly as possible, though you may call our Customer Service line within 30 minutes of placing your order and we’ll do our best to update your request. Customer Service is available from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. CST, at 61-CLOSET-52 (612-567-3852), or via email at theclosetexperience@ymail.com. Inquiries are generally returned within 24 hours.
